We hear him home, seemingly alone, screaming throughout the day. Husband is an odd dude and has done weird shit like paint their driveway a blue/grey color… wife talked to me about it once and it sounds like he was supposed to epoxy their garage and did that insteadThey’ve asked us about all the work we’ve done: walls, fence, etc, and everything is “too expensive, we can get it cheaper..” then they have what I’m assuming family come and do the worst possible job. Their fence looks like shit and sections have fallen over multiple times. A few months back they got a little dog and it’s constantly running out of their house because the front door and or garage door are left open even with how cold our winters get. They also picked up a beater SUV for their teenage/young adult daughter a while back. The first month or two there was some electrical issue causing the alarm to start blaring randomly through the night. They had it parked on the street in front of their house, but because it was waking them up they started parking it on the other side of our house more in front of my neighbors’ house on that side. Two nights in he went and had a word with them and they moved it back to in front of their house. Issue seems to be fixed now at least. Trash bins are left or for days at a time on the curb/street. They leave “large item pick ups” out there as well, but I’m guessing they never actually request a pick up like you’re supposed to because those items tend to sit for weeks at a time.
I’ll think of more later lol.

It's probably an extra 8" of bumper Infront of the wheel versus the Mazda.

Im surrounded by college rentals. Can I play?
They haven’t actually been too shitty / the township and police have a very short fuse with college kids and are super responsive.

Ive been pretty fortunate with mine in my whole life and i grew up in apartments near downtown of a very populated and chaotic city. Also townhouses. Before I moved to North DC, our next door kids would yell from time to time. For the first maybe 7 months after I moved in with
we had a
nurse next door that would blast her music atleast a few times in a week, not enough to wake us up. We had another
couple who moved in shortly after us across from us fighting here and there, but it was shortlasted cause I noticed people were fixing up the apartment that was empty which may have been trashed. Now every neighbors around us seems to be more well rounded or should i say not remotely disruptive.
However the worst, the apartment in Turkey. We had a very elderly neighbor right above us who did pass away shortly before we came in our covid hiatus. Turns out there was a program where it houses people with gov assistance that they can be able to move in for a very small amount of rent once they've deceased that I believe their kids thought it was a good idea... It. was. Not. When
and i went last summer, I get woken up by rapid foot steps, yelling, screaming with 3 kids and parents who are just shitty. I called the police on them one time cause they woke me up in the middle of the night, then I got in a confrontation with their dead beat ass dad and threatened to sue me, and I went go ahead, you're the freeloader here and told him I have video evicence (i did not) just to intimidate him. Keep in mind that it s the neighborhood equivalent of greenwich village of ny or palisades, close to beverly hills in LA, very nice and safe neighborhood and they're more likely to belong in the neighborhoods thats more known to have drug overdoses, fights and occasional shootings. They tried moving to France and I dont know what they did but their visa was denied at a last minute short notice, background checks i presume

I know it’s not a
but this was during a time when bmw actually put good transmissions into their M cars … perfect spec with the smaller 18” wheels too …
High ish miles …
Adjustable shocks which probably cost a fortune and need doing
What else do these need ?
Throttle actuators ?
Bearings are a maintenance item right?

The bearing problems that these motors had would really give me pause. But that's a nice ass car that would make all the right noises.max225 wrote: ↑Sun Mar 16, 2025 10:54 pm https://www.hondaofserramonte.com/used/ ... 59fa4d.htm
