OT 21: DFD Giveth and DFD Taketh Away

I usually keep some Guidry's on hand. (Prechopped onion and bell pepper) Toss some of that in, little salt, pepper and butter = excellent scrambled eggs. Low carb wrap and some cheese. Perfect breakfast.

Hell yeah. Only thing I’d add is some mushrooms. Love those in my scrambled eggs.

We also will add cherry tomatoes cut in half, and, for something different, we'll sometimes add an unusual spice. Our current favorite is curry powder. Surprisingly

If you’re a Costco shopper, they should have a big tub of kraut from Wildbrine that is quite tasty and is completely raw, which is what you want to look for in your kraut and kimchi. Cooking kills off the good bacteria we’re looking for. I try to remember to have a serving or two of kraut every day with a meal, just scoop some out of the tub and chow down as I finish preparing my food. Kimchi I like topping my eggs with after they cook.

I do have a CostCo membership... Hmmm

To the face!! I don’t really like egg whites personally. Wish I did!

I hate them by themselves, but if you mix a whole egg or two in there and get that yolk spread throughout, they’re much much better.

Being that we have those markets here, getting kimchi and the like in costco-hoe isn't really a thought.

But speaking of costco, im in need of a new christmas tree (used my parents old one that we had for the past 20 years), cheapest they had is $400

I know in Union Market in DC they sell those around 180-250. Maybe I'll borrow parents cucktrek out in the country to grab one for a reasonable price but not on board with that

I was eating protein cereal for a while. There were some solid flavors and I didn’t mind eating a bunch cause it wasn’t that bad. Like zero carbs. But it made me fart like crazy and it smelled horrendous. Kat forced me to never buy it again.

I think the way some of those protein items are processed makes it more likely you get the air shits.

As for politics, if everyone would stop relying on a politician for their self worth, they would be a heck of a lot happier. If you’re busy working your ass off for your goals, you don’t have time to be depressed or sad.

I need deets, where to get them etc, Im getting tired of my usual whole foods 360 thing with french vanilla oatmeal that ive been eating since forever.

Speaking of farts, I was not prepared for how much babies fart. maybe it’s just her, but she farts constantly. It hilarious. Over the last week she has also pretty much only pooped when I’m holding her.. michelle will have her for a while and within a minute or two of me taking her and sitting down, she’s taking a dump. She’s got something against me
