I was eating protein cereal for a while. There were some solid flavors and I didn’t mind eating a bunch cause it wasn’t that bad. Like zero carbs. But it made me fart like crazy and it smelled horrendous. Kat forced me to never buy it again.
I think the way some of those protein items are processed makes it more likely you get the air shits.
As for politics, if everyone would stop relying on a politician for their self worth, they would be a heck of a lot happier. If you’re busy working your ass off for your goals, you don’t have time to be depressed or sad.

Sounds like Melon could actually use a few of those.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 5:14 pm TMI, but fuck it: when I was really pushing food after my last competition trying to grow I wasn’t doing anything for my gut health and my GI tract could not keep up with what I was shoveling down. There was probably a year and a half to almost two year stretch where I didn’t have a single solid bowel movement. Just straight liquid every time. Finally pulled my head out of my wet ass and started on the fermented foods and within a week I was good to go.

Since we're on the subject;
I went to the hospital, couldn't breathe, low blood oxygen etc. They started me on antibiotics immediately, powerful ones. Well, antibiotics make me produce the chocolate rain, I mean gale force winds, ship sinking storms. I'm attached to an EKG, oxygen tank, and probably ten other machines. I can't get out of bed quickly.
So there I am, more cords coming off of me than a girl in tentacle hentai and I feel the rumblings down below. There was no time, merely seconds. No toilet in the ER waiting room, no chance of unhooking myself and going to the nurse's station.
I dropped trou, grabbed the trash can, and mount ass erupted with the fury of a thousand explosions. All went into the can. I cleaned myself up and the nurse was laughing her ass off.

FWIW, I’ve never been impressed with any of the kimchi I’ve found at Costco. Safeway/Vons used to carry that Wildbrine brand, and I was a big fan of their Japanese and Korean versions. Haven’t see it there in a few weeks though. Sprouts also carries, or used to carry, that brand.Melon2.0 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 5:40 pmI do have a CostCo membership... If you’re a Costco shopper, they should have a big tub of kraut from Wildbrine that is quite tasty and is completely raw, which is what you want to look for in your kraut and kimchi. Cooking kills off the good bacteria we’re looking for. I try to remember to have a serving or two of kraut every day with a meal, just scoop some out of the tub and chow down as I finish preparing my food. Kimchi I like topping my eggs with after they cook.
I honestly can't say I'm too familiar with kimchi. Seems I need to go buy a thousand of something I've never had. Lol.

Yea the processed stuff does that to me too. Whole food protein sources don’t give me gas luckily with how much protein I eat. I do a little bit of whey, but the brand I use has digestive enzymes in it, and no gas from that. The only “whole food” protein that does give me gas is if I drink liquid egg whites instead of cooking them. I very rarely do that anymore though. Think I only have once in the last several years and it was after the baby came a few months ago. Late at night, too tired to cook, was out of protein powder.. fuck it, open up a carton of egg whites and chug the whole thing for a quick 50g protein hit.J-Ho-Fo-Show69 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 5:41 pm I was eating protein cereal for a while. Re imagining tech, once a year I go for an echocardiogram and I get to see the inside of my heart beating, including seeing blood flowing in and out and seeing my new valve, and the other 3, opening and closing. Never gets old.Melon2.0 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 5:31 pm I'm a daily double tap. Since getting healthy it's cleared up a lot of my GI issues.

Only tried it once. Fake were but she and I both knew I wasn’t actually doing anything to warrant the screaming she was doing.. killed the mood for me. I faked an O to make it stop Then she stayed the night and the next morning I learned she was a nurse who typically works night shifts, and she just stayed up all night watching me sleep.

you guys are so disconnected from reality from what DJT says and intends to do its laughable. You are just repeating what the mainstream media says and they have been outright lying about shit. You repeat wild, untrue shit like this and it just makes it difficult to have a rational conversation.
Go listen to his JRE podcast and make your own call on if you think he will try to become a dictator. I dont think a sane person could come away with that impression. Oh, and by the way, he didnt do it the first time. You have literal first hand evidence this highly improbable.
I’m relieved that Trump will be over in four years and hopeful that both parties can bring forward better candidates and campaigns.

I was weirded out at the time by her staying awake all night and not giving me any forewarning, but now it’s hilarious. My buddy I lived with at the time still gives me shit for it. She had brought her dog over to play with mine, but once we went to my room and the screaming started her dog apparently just sat outside my door crying. Poor thing probably thought she was being murdered in there.Desertbreh wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 9:49 pmI hate this whole story less than you do.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 9:15 pm

I hate them by themselves, but if you mix a whole egg or two in there and get that yolk spread throughout, they’re much much better.J-Ho-Fo-Show69 wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 11:15 pmTo the face!! I don’t really like egg whites personally. Wish I did!SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Nov 07, 2024 5:58 pm

I usually keep some Guidry's on hand. (Prechopped onion and bell pepper) Toss some of that in, little salt, pepper and butter = excellent scrambled eggs. Low carb wrap and some cheese. Perfect breakfast.
