The couch chronicles come to a close!
They came to the promised date, given the ordeal I have experienced earlier, I had thoughts that they may delay it a few days late. Even when I kevin'd out to joybird, the following availability was a week later to have it delivered. i thought if they sent it to the one of the scheduled options I selected, great. Which is exactly what happened.
Last few weeks of work were crazy as our fiscal year came to an end, but I finally wrapped up my last action this morning and now I get to coast until next month.
Michelle’s birthday today. She doesn’t want to celebrate as she’s been down about all the fertility stuff. She did have an appointment with the fertility DoC to go over her HSG and subsequent ultrasound results, and doctor was very good and still believes we can conceive. She has to do another test next week and then we should get the clear to start michelle on Clomid and we’ll do IUI. Fingers crossed.

maybe just a chill nice dinner or something would be good for her.
Ended up at a Filipino/Hawaiian place. Got a Hawaiian combo plate with huli-huli chicken, teriyaki beef, rice and Mac salad. Ordered these dynamite lumpia to split. She got a Kailua pork plate. Smells bomb. About to dig in. This may be the new spot for us.

Would definitely suggest trying some Hawaiian food. Maybe there isn’t any in the desert, but SD has a few good spots for it next time you’re out there. There are a few chain places too like L&L’s that you might be able to find close to you.
