Too much COL increases for us to be considering cars in the near future. The T-reg got a new water pump ( :dillerman: $650), and brake job at all four corners (another dealership job for $1600), and that's all it needs to keep it running great. We love the thing! Cammie 4 lyfe, I may add some 3rd car but you'll have to pry that thing out of my cold dead hands before I think about trading it for another DD. It's taking some beatings cosmetically, but nothing big enough to get fixed at a body shop.

If I do see fun money for a third car, I think I'd be looking at something like a mid, engine lotus, Gayman, or MR2 if they ever make a comeback. C7 is a really nice toy too, 5/7 :woodplow:

This is the Europe trip I brought up in OT a while back - Greece, Germany, and Iceland. It was supposed to be a big “last hurrah” baby moon so kind of weird from the standpoint that we thought the wife would be five or six months pregnant but now not.

So far we’ve been in Athens and a Greek islands cruise (plus one stop in Türkiye). It’s been fun and weird, fairly different than I expected. I’ll write up more of a review in OT later or maybe bring back the travel thread.

Back in Athens for 36 hours then off to Germany. Athens was 5/7 for the 24 hours spent before the cruise so I’m excited to see more.

We were in Athens two nights and three days total - highlights were a bicycle tour of the city, a food walking tour, sunsets on hills, visit to the Acropolis/Parthenon, and just walking around checking out the neighborhoods, scenery and food.

The food was awesome and cheap even in tourist areas, people were very nice, the city is vibrant, so many great views in Athens, got an amazing hotel for less than a Hampton Inn in Cincinnati.

We went to Santorini, Rhodes, Mikonos/Mykonos, and Bodrum (I know, not an island and not Greek).

I’d rank them Rhodes > Bodrum > Mikonos > Santorini.

That's awesome. Glad you enjoyed Athens. What hotel/neighborhood was your hotel in? Agreed, Athens is a very lively, "alive" city, if that makes sense.

Interesting that you'd rank Mykonos over Santorini with it's :amaze: caldera views and history. What was it that caused you to rank it so low? I'd guess crowds, but Mykonos is packed with people this time of year, too. Genuinely curious...
