I thought you guys would appreciate our write up from our Tour of Colorado. It was 9 days and 1,200 miles across 1 State, 3 National Parks, 9 National Forests, 12 Wilderness Areas, and 16 Mountain Passes while camping out of the 4Runner.

I really enjoyed Mesa Verde. I feel that it often gets overlooked when people visit Colorado. Really cool place. You can really "feel the ghosts" of the original inhabitants.

I don’t think it’s necessarily overlooked, it’s just so fucking far from anything major. It’s all The Hills Have Eyes looking out there.
