5 minutes after I posted this, wife suggested a birthday cruise, float, and on the water and within 10 minutes, we were idling the boat out into the bay. Anchored 15 minutes away at an empty sand bar, jumped in the water, floated with some beers ed a few times, got back on the boat, did some doughnuts and esses, came back after a few hours, excellent afternoon.
I love the boat, but only in this instance. I'd never advocate for trailering and launching all the time, that's more stress than it's worth. I want to hit the water and roll with minimal effort.
That said, this destroys a Veyron for enjoyment for me. I can't imagine something more fun in my circumstance. Cars just get me to where I can have fun, they aren't the destination anymore.
You have a pretty damn ideal boat life setup. Keep on enjoying it!
Do you have these in something? They've always intrigued me, just about durability.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.
It actually had absolutely no bs installed on it. None. Added nothing.
So you got a car ?
Post up the deets and I’ll add you to the list
Blue CRV Hybrid EX-L with gray leather interior
Paid MSRP plus $395 rape
Trade in on CMax covered payoff. So like $3200. Took it up the pooper a tad there but Carvana was only offering $4500 so whatever.
Came with wheel locks and nothing else

There are times when you should feel bad about paying MSRP for a car. Being in the depths of COVID-19 supply chain issues with a Ford that is shedding body parts like dead skin is NOT one of those times.

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.

DFD. The forum where everybody makes the same choices and then tells anybody trying to join the club that they are the stupidest motherfucker to ever walk the earth.
