Depends on the bike, tire compound, and riding style. Typically you'll go through 2 rears for every 1 front. The KTM has 1300 miles now and I can get maaaybe another 200 out of the rear. Front tire looks great still.
On the Tuono I was only getting about 800 miles or so on a rear. Granted it was almost exclusively fast mountain riding, and I probably couldve been more conservative with my tire pressure to extend the life.

I’m exploring camera mount locations on the KTM. I think I’ve got one that I like quite a bit and a couple more to try out that’ll be cool if they work like I think they will.

I just finished helping the dude load up his , turns out he is a body-man at Toyota, poking and prodding the unpainted body assemblies of the Rage4 prior to it going to paint-shop. He's on pat-leave watching the kiddos. It was a fun convo, since we both suckle the same corporate LOLtroyguitar wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 10:47 amI got rid of a bunch of stuff for free even in Hoth, crangslist free section listing and it's gone within an hour.Tarspin wrote:

I just gave away my ping pong setup, it's been taking up garage space, and can damage cars if it tips over from its upright position.

Not trying to suggest a thing but if you get a GoPro (maybe you have one) you could document your rides/vlog while riding and stay anonymous while doing it. Cool way to see if you can generate passive income.4zilch wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 12:55 pm

We keep hiring people. But damn, attrition is a bitch too. Call centers so turnover is a thing.

I ran into a coworker while volunteering at the vax clinic this AM, quite a small world we live in.
It always feels good to get old shit out of the house as well.

Yeah I’ve got a GoPro. The thought crosses my mind from time to time, it’s a lot of work to put a product out that people will consume, and even more work to do it consistently enough to build a following.razr390 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 1:08 pmNot trying to suggest a thing but if you get a GoPro (maybe you have one) you could document your rides/vlog while riding and stay anonymous while doing it. Yeah, right now it’s just finding a niche and using it. I could definitely see if you vlog track days, the prep, the riding, and then the post-day maintenance would be interesting.
The YouTube algorithm is moving away from clickbait z0MG!! I DID WHAT TODAY?!?! Type of videos and it actually rewards people with more consistent views/likes/engagement more.
If you only get 10k subscribers but you have consistently 10k views and a few hundred likes on each video, the algorithm likes you more. I’ve seen channels that did the clickbait shit drop off like a rock. They used to get 500k+ views on YT now they are hovering 60-90k.

It’s 2021 man, no need to hide the goods. Just rock them with pride while you identify as Sawceina and compete in women’s classes and just shred.
