Wrong, stupid, I can't believe you bought that house.
If you can't pay with cash from your personal vault then you can't afford it.

DC area traffic was also insane even on a Saturday afternoon. Why does anyone live there?

That sounds awesome.Tarspin wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 8:31 am I'm WFBH, going to do some maintenance after my work day ends. The place has been sitting unloved for longer then it should have, but I'm glad to see that there's no unexpected surprises thus far. I've got a full docket of renters from Early June to Early September, with exception of two weeks which I'm keeping. There is a three day gap that I'm trying to get my buddy and his band booked into a local venue, that one would be a guys weekend sitch....

I just gave away my ping pong setup, it's been taking up garage space, and can damage cars if it tips over from its upright position.
An add stating "free" always hooks people, and I never have to pay to haul away shit that costs money to dispose.

I need to price some stuff out, but we’re definitely getting a Peloton+ for the family to start. I need to find out who has what for racks and weights.SAWCE wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 11:57 amHow’s the home gym setup at the new place?Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 11:54 am

And yes, the SE is pretty fucking horrible if you're not in a city or on a beach or mountain. In one of those three conditions, it is fantastic

decent! basement all to myself, but low ceiling so I have to do seated press and lat pulldown. I got a t2 rack from titan with the lat pulldown attachment. my back is getting stronger and filling out now that I can do more than like 2 pullups to train!SAWCE wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 11:57 amHow’s the home gym setup at the new place?Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Mon Apr 12, 2021 11:54 am

I'm still debating rejoining a gym for a bit better lifting action. I really have time anymore , getting some lifting in at home is quite convenient and allows more time for riding my bikes.
