the local sherrif here didn't enforce the masked mandate in knox county because there was no law to support it. made some people's head explode. We have all seemed to survive. My county never had a mandate....and people have not been dying in the streets. Unlike California. Buts that's probably from drugs and shit in the streets, not covid.

Pfizer, J&J, or Moderna?

Pfizer

1:00 am; Woke up freezing, took some medicine, went back to sleep, woke up at 3am, fever broke.

Couldn't go back to sleep, but was moving slow, but feeling better, went to lunch with a vendor, felt fine. Got home, and a light fever, so I took some medicine, napped on the couch.

It's 5:40 pm now, medicine worked, feel fine.

All in all, it's pretty minor. I haven't had any nausea, little bit of diarrhea, but nothing major. If I had to drive it home, you ever work your ass off doing yard work, like all day, and it's the end of the day, you're just sore and tired, it's kinda like that.

Medicine = Tylenol

Fever means my body is fighting off the protien strain. Yeah science!

Brothers 83 y.o. Father in Law (guy I have known for 40 years), slight shortness of breath for 48 hours after 2nd Dose of Moderna.

Updating to include 2 DFD peeps:

SECOND DOSE ONLY (or DOSE for J&J)

Moderna:
4 total.
2 peeps with very minimal reactions
2 with fatigue, soreness, and significant body aches beginning the evening of the 2nd shot and progressing to the point where one didn't come into work and the other one left early (these are both coworkers).

Pfizer:
12 total.
3 zero reaction.
5 minimal to moderate (headache, fatigue) I include myself Griff and Zilch here. I never had a headache yet, but did feel a bit fatigued the morning after.
2 fairly bad, 1 starting with elevated heart rate and progressing the next day to a full day of extreme fatigue, significant body pain, cold sweats, headache. Totally fine by the third day. 1 with fatigue, nausea, muscle and full body aches that night into the next day. Fine by the day after that.
1 (bossbro) VERY BAD. Got it Monday morning, didn't come back to work. Came in Tuesday but left early feeling very fatigued, achy, etc. Stayed home yesterday and today so far.
1 needed 1 day off feeling fatigued and some soreness. Came back to work second day mostly fine.

One-and-done J&J:
2 total. 1 with extreme fatigue for almost 24 hours (described as like being on Nyquil all day). Came back to work the next day. 1 (our own Huckleberry) with chills and fever.
