Yea...multimatic was exclusively making racing stuff until the Camaro Z/28 in 2015, then the Ford GT, then ZR2, then ZL1 1LE.

I'm thinking you had different shocks on a 2000 Focus...

I'm also going to go with that was a long time ago, with a product not made for a wide variety of conditions/abuse/drivers/climates. Engineering has come a long way. Also, Philly streets will eat short-travel sport shocks for lunch man.
:disgust:

When I briefly saw my Philly friends recently... it was funny. They always talk about how much they love Philly, how it is the best place in the world, but all they do is bitch about things that are terrible about it.

I have a friend who physically can't have a good time outside of Philly. If he's at a bar/club that is anywhere outside the city limits, he spends the entire time bitching about how the Philly bars/clubs are so much better than the current location, and will usually wind up going to Philly afterwards.

I don't see the allure.

I think it's a cool city with :neat: history and buildings and stuff... but it is a mess to get around, kind of crowded and dirty, beat down infrastructure. These guys both live in Northern Liberties and think it's the best place in the world, but constantly complain about all the riff-raff around, the price of housing, the condition of the roads, cost/difficulty of parking, crowdedness of bars during COVID, etc. It is just a weird city culturally. I've never seen so much local pride and yet everyone seems miserable.

I love Philly but definitely understand the shitty parts. Streets are terribad.

The bar scene is pretty great, and lots of history. Clubs, who cares. I don’t club.

Now, the pop punk/emo nights at kung fu necktie... is one thing I’m really gonna miss about Pre-Covid life.
This is one area Charlotte really lacks and some of the larger cities offer. I personally hate clubs in the traditional sense, but random punk/ska/jazz/hip hop clubs and the like can be pretty interesting. New York and Philly certainly have that in spades.

I kind of just view Philly as a less terrible New York, it has a lot of the same amenities but is less of a pain in the ass.

So the :dill: s are starting again on tacos. $1000 rebates + $500 cash on the hood is “standard” now.

What a madness the last 2 months have been though :mindblown:

:aintcare: the current taco I’m driving stops better than a wrangler with discs. It’s perfectly adequate for what i want to do with it.

Yeah, but less so than most vehicles, especially with factory steel bumpers.
You can’t care about how your car looks if you live in philly. Doesn’t matter which car you own.

Interesting. There are a handful of brand new blue and green TuRD BRO's in the 300 mile range from my house, if autotrader is to be believed.

Don't all Tacomas? Unless there was a recent change to rear disks...

There was not. The 4R gets full discs, but not the Taco.
