I give enough to the state for registration, I don't need to give them more money for a plate that doesn't cost them anything more. It's just a money grab which is IMO

I stared at freshly minted wide body Charger 392s and Hellcats last night and the want is real. They look pretty darn cool. 100k+ is straight ass for me. Then I spent some time looking at used wide body LD/LC products and I can't afford that either....by the time I found something ok in my budget i was at SXT trim,

My fav douche plate was B8 TD1 on an Audi... but how many people really get that ...

I need to call the dealership about yet another repair to the Golf R which is hopefully covered under extended warranty.

Since the factory warranty expired, the following issues have come up:
-gas tank sensor failure
-fuel rail temp sensor harness

And now the e-parking brake solenoid fault... it works okay but comes up with an error on the dash. This will be interesting to follow since I'm convinced that VW is building things to last till just outside of the typical warranty period. Still, the car has been dealer maintained and generally well cared for.

Yea that nitty gritty tiny issue every few months is annoying AF and is the main reason I’m avoiding range rovers ... that’s the main issue with those

I can’t see them being worth $100k. Interior is way too shitty for that. It’s not even really all that acceptable at the base price even.

Thanks man, they have been pretty decent about getting everything covered under the plan they sold me. I'm not a fan of three issues in the last 10k but I'm starting to think that extra warranty coverage was the best thing I could have done for my present day self. Next car brand will likely be non-German if this turns into a shit show.
