Yeah there's a fairly sizable pool and a separate covered lap pool. I would be in it after dark or marine layer times only as my skin has had its lifetime supply of the orb's rays. With the Rona you can't use it........and it is not yet complete. They can complete that nasty bitch in a couple years as far as I'm concerned as until the common amenities are concluded we don't have to pay HOA's. I'll be down next week I'll take some snaps of them.

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.

Chlorinated water has a slow (15 min) kill rate on the Rona, but if you enjoy the night swims you might be ok assuming you're not licking door handles on the way in and most of the most talkers are nuzzled away in their icy cold condo units. Hopefully the Vid is under control for you guys by the time you're up there full time. In4Pics
Finally grabbed Taco Bell before they take a few things off the menu. Fritos burrito, spicy potato soft taco, cheesy Gordita crunch, and this new grilled cheese burrito. Pretty good. Wish I had more though.

Damn, I had the grilled cheese box the other day and was sent straight into food coma for the afternoon. That's about all I ate all day.

My local bell is out of Fritos so I got the grilled cheese too, and that mofo is thicc. Instant food coma for me too.
That's the plan. She's done with the "school" portion, but testing centers are closed in Michigan due to COVID, so she can't get her official license yet. She's always been miserable in office settings, so she's taking the opportunity to change.
At minimum, she'll be able to help us save commission on the sale of our current house. But she'll be getting into once we figure out the area to settle in. She's really well suited for the business, and if we're in a position where we don't NEED her income, she can build the business the right way without pressure. I could see it growing to something I do as well, we both really enjoy real estate for some reason.
Nice I can't wait to see y'all on national TV selling houses to guinea pig breeders with a 10mil budget

Can we talk about how HGTV couples always have $700k+ budgets? Are they just maxing their pre approval for a budget?

although I’ve gotten the box + a burrito after a hike or bike ride and crushed it all without issue.
