I am not this my "typical" experience. Which is why I don't even bother with them.

I got that last one on the mini... I checked and it look at least 50%...Johnny_P wrote: ↑Wed Jul 22, 2020 2:35 pmShit like this is precisely why I leave the city limits to get work done on my car. I trust exactly zero shops in the city. Now I apparently need to go farther out than a 30 minute drive.
Other examples:
-Bought 4 tires on the GTI. Shop charged full amount, only replaced 2 of them. Got the other 2 installed, came out to car, found all the center caps destroyed. Took a week to get new caps in.
-Had an oil change and rotation done on the Focus. Shop gunned the wheels on so hard that when I eventually got a flat, and tried to fix it, lugs were shearing straight off the car. Took it to a tire shop where they ended up cutting the entire wheel off the car. Car was out of commission for an entire week.
-Lisa's Cmax needed roof repair because a ladder fell on it. Shop replaced the roof. Dicked up the entire climate control installation, dash installation, headliner installation (black marks everywhere), and the passenger side sun visor was installed backwards.
-Countless dirty as fuck steering wheels and shift knobs after service. Countless "your rear brake pads are super low and need to be replaced" when there's a ton of friction material left.

It's just ZFG mentality. Sad for sure.

Dude please just reach out to me and let me take care of it in the future. Drop it off at my house or drive 20 minutes past the scooby and I’ll get it done right as some cash side work for my guys. This goes for anyone here in the philly area.

You can drink my liquor
You can call my lady
You can take my money
You can smoke my blunt
Scuff these Jordans
You can say you hate me
You can call me crazy, but
Don't touch my truck

I threw a kid's "J's" out in the snow during a house party once. I got home from my b shift job, and found a slush puddle on my bedroom floor coming off the shoes. I tossed them out into the yard and he came looking for them later. Ain't care what they are or who's they are. He did attempt to start a beat down.[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Jul 31, 2020 12:44 pmI think if you scuff anyone's Jordans, regardless of location, you're liable to get a beatdown.

Shoe collecting is a thing in philly. A mint pair of air Jordan’s in a limited edition color or something can fetch serious coin even second hand. As long as they’re shrink wrapped.CaleDeRoo wrote: ↑Sat Aug 01, 2020 10:12 amI threw a kid's "J's" out in the snow during a house party once. I had those Jordans when they were first issued.
I used to buy them all in the 90's and wore the shit out of them, and they all had black scuffs on the top of the left foot from my shift lever on the GSXR.
Would I buy any today? Fuck no.

But I'm unemployed, so really it's everyone else's money.
Its funny. 5 days in, and I haven't even thought about my car once. We've been taking the jelly bean shitbox Cmax everywhere.

Yeah, me too... the point is that my efforts to keep my shoes shiny white lasted about 2 days back then and today I don't even try. I've been buying black Vans for the last 18 months. The vans are a sign that maybe you should bust those babies out.
