The first half is whatevs. The 2nd is where they go through the construction. I wondered how deep those pilings go, and it's apparently nearly 90' of mud and then 6' of the sand bottom. Years ago I searched it and found that the average depth of the water is only 12'. So it's crazy to think that it's 60-80' of just slop before you get to anything solid enough to put a base in.
