Pain broke around 7 and now the arm is just heavy feeling with a dull 7/10 throbbing, it feels like they went through the muscle there. I just got a couple hours Of sleep in 30-45 minute shifts for the first time since Tuesday morning when I woke up.
Those of you who’ve had serious surgery recently... Godspeed. I couldn’t imagine this in my chest or face.
Feels, man. I think I got more drugs than you. I was getting Norco via IV drip for the first few days then switched to Norco pills whenever I wanted them. Stopped them completely on day 4 and switched to extra strength Tylenol then weaned myself off those over the next couple weeks.
All I can tell you is that it does get better a little bit every day, I promise. Hang in there, dude, and take whatever pain meds they offer you.

Anything with magnesium works well. One of my nurses told me that's the magic ingredient to any laxative.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 8:07 amTake the pain killers. And stool softener. Seriously. Maybe milk of magnesia if you can’t poop.fledonfoot wrote: ↑Wed Jun 24, 2020 11:41 pm I seem to have broken through that initial pain barrier. It will get better.

If I'm going to live somewhere cold, then I'd definitely choose Canada over the USA. It's not easy to move there
AFAIK it's not easy to move to any country without family connections, generally, unless you're wealthy. Money fixes everything.

I saw a video of someone making their own Crunchwrap supreme last nigh and started craving Taco Bell so bad. Was good and ate my normal dinner doe. I’ll splurge on a cheat meal tonight since I have a big workout this afternoon beforehand.
I haven't had Taco Bell in over a week

I just had some LEFTOVER NACHOS.
Still haven't been to a restaurant since March and really have no desire to do so. Had 2 takeout pizzas and that's it in over 3 months now.
I feel like I am constantly doing dishes, but other than that

Dude explain leftover nachos. Do you mean leftover beef, cheese, etc that you combine and re-heat? Cuz otherwise it would be a soggy mess.troyguitar wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 1:04 pm I just had some LEFTOVER NACHOS.

Signing up for that company that sends me cooked chicken was such a huge stress relief in terms of time spent cooking and doing dishes. Well worth the extra money spent vs buying raw chicken and cooking myself.troyguitar wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 1:04 pm I just had some LEFTOVER NACHOS.

I’ve reheated full blown nachos before, it works fine. Some chips get a little soggy, but putting them in a toaster oven to reheat fixes most of that.razr390 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 25, 2020 1:06 pmDude explain leftover nachos.
