2005/2006 would be the most ideal if I can find one.
But like Fled said... can be rustbuckets.
What's your time limit before you start expanding your horizons? How long have you been looking? Sometimes that is the fun part. Almost giving up and finding a goodie.
It took me 7 months of looking for a clean s2000 and i gave up. Bought the first z06 i found and it was 5 miles from my house. Immaculate car
Its taken me 6 months to find the diesel I want and now I'm gun shy because it's too clean.

Got the earl changed on the ol’ rado today. 35k miles and due for some air filters (engine and cabin).
I need to get my leveling kit installed too. Not allowed over at my dads where I’d normally wrench, so might have to figure something else out.
come to Detroit, we’ll throw it on my dads lift and could have the job done in an hour. I’ve completely dismantled the front suspension of a Colorado, it’s

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

What year/config was the truck?
2002 shortbed 7.3 crew cab with leather seats. I'm not anti long bed as they have a bigger fuel tank. It was a 1 owner truck and all services were made at ford dealerships across America. No evidence of a 5th wheel hitch as the bedliner looked original but not trashed. He probably didnt tow heavy (if at all?). Some boomers are funny and just want to be in a taller vehicle. Not looking for anything newer unless I have to. If I get impatient and can't find a clean one ill trade the vette in on a 2012'+ 6.7l PS. I don't want to deal with al the new tech but they're supposed to be reliably reliable.

My friend is about to pull the trigger on a 6.0 extended cab 4wd with 145k on it and leather. His dealer got it at auction. It looks like a nice truck

Damn! The 6.0s are literally priced half as much as the 7.3ls lol.
I'm still seeing people asked 20k+ for lifted ones.
Ah very clean. Such smol. Yeah there's not much desire for those. Similarly priced here. The 2wd crew cabs are 10k here and 4wd 7.3l crew cabs fetch anywhere from 15-20k. Infuriating. My fiancée wants the long bed as opposed to the chode bed. Her words not mine.
