dubshow hooked up some 2x12 and I had scrap to make a ramp.
truck loaded. just short on room so had to go get a trailer for overflow. waking up early tomorrow morning for the drive up, target breakfast in meridian at 6-7.
it's been a hellva day, but the movers were invaluable. I tipped double what Google suggested.

I moved without pro movers but had a bit of time and help from friends and family. I did source one moving guy, kind of an independent dude with his own cargo van just because he was cheap and I felt like we were going to be short one person which would be straining. I've got a household of stuff to accommodate a family of four, but left the master bedroom set behind for a song and dance, just glad the new owners were excited about having it. Getting back to my thought, I estimated five able bodied people and had short order of help from a sixth, any less would be too much for non-professionals. Praying we don't have to do it again for a really LONG time.Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Sun May 10, 2020 8:29 pmthanks man. we made reasonable quick work of it. I'll never not use movers again
