I've only been to a strip club once. Was weird, not fun, spent $20 on a 2 bud light minimum and got the fuck out. That was 15 years ago. No interest in ever going back. Porn is free online.[user not found] wrote:Only 3 figures for me.

It was a low point... but we all go through ittroyguitar wrote: ↑Mon Mar 23, 2020 9:50 pmI would kill myself for doing that.max225 wrote:no different than going to a strip club and walking out 4 figures lighter.
at all. Mine would be way lower but tracking/modding the 'vette has added a lot of cost to the ownershit.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Mon Mar 23, 2020 10:31 pmGTI - 6 years - 25k - 8k = $17k lit on firemax225 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 23, 2020 6:08 pm
Last 8 years is terrifying to think about for me...
2011 TDI 8k (sales price-buy back)
2001 M3 1k
2012 370z 8k
2015 335i 8.5k
2016 M3 12k
2016 Mini JCW 7k
45k or so... $467 a month. Which isn't too bad i suppose. (no gas no insurance) but most everything else.
The COOPER IS HURTING A LOT... It is officially 1.2k a month as of right now. BUT BUT... WHAT's MY PAYMENT THOUGH... WHATs MY PAYMENT...
STI - Currently own, but.... - 3 years - 36k - 24k worth? = $12k lit on fire
$29k. $268/mo.
Yeah I don't really understand what enjoyment is to be had... mostly just depressing. The girls (straight) I know who want to go all the time are even more weird than the guys I know who want to go all the time. I guess they get in for free, and maybe it makes them feel good about themselves, but their weird people in general and so I just think that that’s something else weird about them.

Random comment... last night I "raced" a STI (wagon) from 5-40 and from 10-60 mph... and he couldn't pass me I pulled on him once by about 1 car (mini so 1/2 car), and the other time I was slowly inching forward... also I would always give him the slight time advantage as he was manual.... so... this was funny.
Car was modded too with BROTIFORM wheels and had nice puffs of black smoke coming out the back when he was going hard, because MODZ BRO.

I’ve been a few times. Had a great time in New Orleans. Was drunk asf. Had multiple titties in my face basically the entire time. Cost me maybe $50?D Griff wrote: ↑Tue Mar 24, 2020 8:19 amYeah I don't really understand what enjoyment is to be had... mostly just depressing. The 2-3 shift kills the STI at those speedsJohnny_P wrote: ↑Tue Mar 24, 2020 6:12 pmExpected result is as expected.max225 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 24, 2020 4:57 pm Random comment... last night I "raced" a STI (wagon) from 5-40 and from 10-60 mph... and he couldn't pass me I pulled on him once by about 1 car (mini so 1/2 car), and the other time I was slowly inching forward... also I would always give him the slight time advantage as he was manual.... so... this was funny.

Wasn’t even the speed of the shifting it just couldn’t pull on me in gear either.
I’m not saying I obliterated the dude but he must have felt like shit not being able to pass a “stock” mini in a sti that was modded

I mean, when it's for sale, I'll believe it isn't
I would almost rather they just spent the dollars on a new motor for the current car, best, most powerful NA four they can muster.
To Troy's point, if the new car is bigger, heavier, and more luxo, the whole point is kind of defeated. But excited to see what they're going to do, hot hatch should be , especially if it's anything like the GR turboyaris.

I hope it goes 2.0T and more expensive on a new heavier bigger platform. That'll make mine more valuable later.

Your engine is under rated in a car that’s lighter and has half the wheels being driven. This is an expected result.

I’m in the minority that thinks the existing engine is totally fine as is. Adjust some things to remove the torque dip that everyone loves to bash but otherwise it’s a high revving, light, fun small car that isn’t fucking slow.D Griff wrote: ↑Wed Mar 25, 2020 7:21 ammax225 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 25, 2020 1:22 am buys 86

The only tuning worth a damned IMO would be a HIGHLY reputable shop doing a custom tune for you to get the car dialed in exactly how you want it. It is pretty incredible what tuning can accomplish on a car, but it's 100% lighting money on fire.

This is why I haven't done it. There are plenty of shops in a day's drive that would do a great job. The cost gets pretty stupid though. Dyno tune plus an accessport and required mods for more precise fuel control you're looking at about $1500 or more. Then its the slippery slope of why do all that and not go full retard with a downpipe and whatnot.
300 WHP would be awesome in my car though. As is, it makes about 230-250 stock depending on the dyno.
