and yet they’re allowed to slap a “high protein zomg!!” logo on the labels it has twice as much fat and protein, which means 4x the calories from fat than protein.
Although my Popeyes will still have a lot of fat in it..
3pc tenders, spicy sandwich, biscuit, side of Mac:
88g of fat, 121g of carbs, 73g of protein. The carbs are a little lower than I need, but I’ll add honey to my biscuit and maybe drink a glass of juice to get that number up around 150g.
Alternatively I can do the 2 can dine meal and get 5 tenders, 2 biscuits, and 2 sides (1 Mac and probably 1 Cajun fries):
84g fat, 145g carbs, and 82g protein. I’ll probably go this route as it’s slightly better macros and probably a dollar or two cheaper with the coupon they have.

mild annoying headache this morning. lame.
busy ass weekend coming up.
Friday, going to get hardtop for Miata. pretty much all day in the car. easy, but time consuming.
Saturday, chores and party prep. need to do lawn, change oil on my cars, cook. if time allows I'd like to get the Miata on the quickjack and poke around. super bounus would be to change tire on track bike. Super duper bounus would be to figure out where to store hardtop when not in use.
birthday party Sunday early afternoon.

I work in a secure facility. I cannot bring anything electronic aside from car keys or a basic watch into work.

Little information can be gained from car keys. Their transmission capability is limited in both range and information. Although with the growing tech in car keys I could see it becoming an issue sooner than later.
