I invited a couple other friends down since one's brother lives in Raleigh too. Was still planning on the all Star weekend as it's less of a commitment to those who might not be down for a 5+hr race. But yeah chef could drive my brub then yours to see how a properly maintained one is actually like.
Why did everyone with 4.10s have to live so fucking far away
You live on the frozen tundra... you’re the one far away.
Nobody is around me either.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

Would be a nice drive through CA during the summer. Also how the fuck did you fit in the Volt. I took a nap in one at the dealer on Saturday and I fit perfect, but I'm way smaller than you.

I've done the drive through CA, it's 5/7.
The Volt isn't big enough for me to nap in...not many vehicles short of a Escalade are...but the Volt had surprising headroom in the front. I drove that thing very comfortably. It was an excellent car.
The problem was it's an excellent 2 seater. The back seats are nearly worthless for adults. I actually drove mine around like a "pickup" with the rear seats folded most of the time. With the rear hatch, that thing could swallow a ton of stuff easily.

I’ve been toying with the idea of a trip out to Badlands national park. I should swing by Detroit on my way out or back...
Or maybe I should just go with you...

I wanna go to Idaho and Montana at some point.
Moab is really my ultimate goal, but that’s a 2 week deal from here.
Badlands looks like I could get a good trip there and back in a week. Gotta make sure the kiddo is good for long highway stints.

Why would he?
He’s saying it’s the best modern one, and I disagree.
Who cares what Doug says, I’m saying should get one to dick around in?
I'm really considering it. It's just not the most "adult" choice. Plus, I don't think I want version 0.9 of any car, let alone something that is the first of its type for a manufacturer.

Moab is alright I guess. I dunno. Strange town, very strange. But lots of off roady stuff to do out there. The MTB scene is overblown honestly, it's too fucking hot and there's no shade.

Mostly a bucket list kinda thing. Offroad Mecca kinda deal.
