I like a dirty gin martini from time to time. My friend exclusively drinks gin and beer, so I go with that when I must.

That's exactly why I insisted on the NA motor for her new H and not the turbro. A) she'd never appreciate, and doesn't need the extra powah and B) the lower operating/maintenance cost.

I would never do this personally as I drive my woman’s car on the reg and there is no need for additional seppuku factors in my life.
I don't drive her car that often (and she rarely drives my car). Just don't need to, unless we take it on a road trip and I'm not going to hoon it with her in it and a trunk full of luggage.

Serious questions here, are you just derping in the woman’s car when she isn’t around ? Why do you drive it when you have the vette + burban?

If you drive when with her because it’s cool to be sexist and do a mans job when called for duty, how often do you wot?
She takes the truck a lot because likes to sit up high. On road trips I don’t need to drive like a teenager to appreciate a car with some balls.
I mean, her H has some 20 hp more than her Saturn and is 300 lbs lighter so it feels ok, relatively speaking.

According to some yes. Big motor for something you don’t drive or :gtfo: see that’s the whole story here through.

Your engine choice made perfect sense, our man in the desert ended up sawing everything in half with his woman so he drives her car a bit and she drives his, which isn’t the case for you I’m assuming (in terms of driving).

Either way both of y’all are :wrong:

I didn't realize you were a winer!
8 G cruise ? Is it 5 weeks long?

I was pricing these out a while ago... Curious about the deets.
That includes airfare.....It is an Adriatic Cruise with a lot of Croatian ports of call, ends up in Venice. I haven't investigated it in detail I just said to go for it.

I have a 300 bottle wine fridge with notta lotta room in it. Part of the Cartel Condo allure is its proximity to the Valle de Guadalupe, the largest wine region in Mexico.
:mindblown:
I'm doing this exact cruise next year but in the opposite direction. Starting in Venice, going down the Dalmatian Coast, then to Corfu, Sicily, and ending in Rome. It's costing us <$4k including air fare total for the both of us.

Thing is, she totally :aintcare: about powah or performance or anything like that. She's perfectly happy that her new car has better pickup than her old car. Period. The other day I was trying to explain steering feel vs numb electric steering and she was like :lolwut: :whocares: . That's why a nice, safe, adequately powered H :toaster: is perfect for her.

Incidentally, we also split everything. Both of us are on both car titles. Her name first on the H, and my name first on the :turboyaris: . One joint checking account, savings accounts, etc. And no, no prenup. It worked fine when she was a working lawyer making bank and it works fine when I'm now making more than her. We got lucky that we're both closely aligned on our philosophies regarding financial matters, so it works for US.

But you're right, we're :wrong: , obviously.

Starting mid next year, it’s not cheap. But I really like Richard B he really transformed us airlines with virgin hoping he’ll do the same for the cruise.

Attractive servers/hosts, killer design and uniforms etc.

Late to the party here.
There's basically nothing at all wrong with the Sonata. Excellent infotainment, easy to drive, handles and rides well, power is good at 0-60 in like 8 flat which makes merging and passing easy yet still gets 35 highway on donkey piss and an NA motor means it's always going to perform exactly the same. Electric steering is appropriate, far less to break and maintain and provides a fuel economy benefit, and really nobody cares about steering feel in a derpmobile anyways.

H/K are killing it in the sedan market since all the domestics gave up, and the Japanese have priced themselves higher.

I recently sat in the Sonata, Accord, Camry, etc. at the auto show and I'd still give the Accord and Camry a slight edge as far as interior quality, appearance, all of that, but for the money, slanty H is really :notbad:

I think I'd Stinger if I needed a big family sedan type thing.

I have nothing bad to say about the brand anymore, across the board. For a buy it and keep it until it falls apart type car, the warranty is awesome, and the features for the price basically can't be beat. :iono: there is little real tradeoff.

If you're going to re-sell it, that's where you get fucked hard.
