Yeah.

I'm thinking about buying my mom a new Carolla. She has an '09 S and loves the size, but it has mechanical issues. She's mentioned she likes the new Carolla... They are pretty cheap too.

Looks like I can get her an LE for $17k or an SE for $20.5k

She needs something small. She has a hard enough time not hitting shit already.

Her '09 was a lemon from the get go and she and her husband did nothing about it. First two months it needed complete new brakes... rotors, calipers and pads. Needed a head gasket in the first year and had 2 starters go out in the first 3 years. Since then it's been a constant this or that thing that I need to replace because it's always $800-$1200 at the dealer for something that's $200 in parts.

The new Corolla looks legit :notbad:

Me either. Completely blew my mind and my mom's husband was too proud to let me work with the dealership to get it replaced.

This one must have been made in Pakistan next to the AK47's by guys with rocks in a cave.

The Dodge Power Wagon is a Screaming F-15 Strike Eagle of Muricaness compared to any new vehicle I can think of including the the Jeep Lineup. Do you even Hemi?

Too boaty and ancient infotainment IIRC
The 2020s finally feel relevant, with the new gauges and info stuff.
I haven't driven a TuRD off road with sway bar discos but they're supposedly better to drive, almost impossible to find used.
Expensive and poor fuel economy though.
Doesn’t depreciate and you can put 63 octane fuel in it and it’s going to run forever. Spend $40k on a trd variant and in 3 years it’s worth 30. In 5 it’s worth 28.

Thanks.

The one I wanted is at my old sister store but has a cracked bumper and is in the body shop. Trying to score a similar one from a dealer the other side of Philly... so if all goes to plan it looks like it’s :taco: Tuesday.
