Some old dude looking for a fun "modern" car. He has "more than 10 cars, not sure how many exactly", so it went to a good home. Dude also said he'd call me first if he ever decides to sell it.

In more fun C5 news, I'm going to order a Sparco R100 for my passenger side. I have a dudebro in Houston willing to buy my seats if I want to ship them :disgust: ... The R100 won't be a match to my QRT-R but at least they'll both be Sparco, black, similar shape, and not rocking chairs on the track (have an instructor with me at VIR in a couple weeks).

I'm :excited: . Still thinking about my resto project on it but really busy with wedding/house shit/job change right now so I'll think about that in January after the wedding.

I'm thinking header/tune will be the main "mod", most of it will be just refreshing and durability. At some point the clutch/diff/4.10s will likely be a thing but I'm kinda inclined to just roll with it til it pops unless I have cash burning a hole in my pocket.

Get the headlights if you're paw paw like me and can't see shit in the dark. I hit roadkill Friday on my way to 2 day race we just were in because I couldn't see shit on the fucking roads. We passed it when we left and Kendra swears it was a bear. Thinking about it, I've probably got it on the dash cam. I might pull it tonight to see.

I'll check out the headlights if Cale doesn't beat me to it... Don't think I can swing/justify the wheels, I like my poverty 17s setup.

There's a local place I use, they charge very little for boxing items up.

I just saw the invoice for the shipment of the wheels I bought because the seller never paid. It was like $45 to ship all four wheels using two boxes.
