Man was it awesome. Seeing the range of old cars on track and some new ones too was beautiful. I had never been to a track like that before. I was in awe. Walking around the pits and getting face to face with a Ford GT40, lotus, alfas, porsche, MG, formula fords, etc makes me want to get on track asap.
COTA and Austin are both incredible.

Also formula ford or vee cars are amazing to see and apparently pretty affordable.
If I ever get more serious about racing I’ll have to look more into it.

I absolutely love that color.troyguitar wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 3:37 pm So I missed that this was a thing when they were new:

500 cars in 2017 in bright ass yellow with fixed calipers all around, cool yellow interior accents, etc.
Wife likes yellow cars and BRZ's already, one of these things is a solid maybe. I don't like the black but that's an easy fix. Throw some gray wheels and probably black caliper paint on there and away.
Agreed on the black ramz but hardly a dealbreaker.
Have yet to drive a Toybaru but I like the fact that you can actually sit comfortably in one if you’re 6’+(looking at you, Miata).
My buddy who is 6'4" DDs one. They ride pretty hard but are otherwise a comfy daily - good seats, plenty of room for two people + stuff.Swedish Chef wrote: ↑Mon Oct 07, 2019 9:24 amI absolutely love that color.troyguitar wrote: ↑Sun Oct 06, 2019 3:37 pm So I missed that this was a thing when they were new:

Can’t see why anyone needs to defend an Aston. They’re absolutely tits. Not on paper obviously but feelz > spec sheet figurez.
Spotted this sloppily parked somewhere in Tokyo back in May.

The fact that the door opens from impact is a huge safety risk imo. If I paid what Pagani/market asks for the BC I’d be kind of pissed.

The 2.3+10At will be around 5 years old for the trans and 10+ years for the Engine. I doubt there will be driveline reliability issues.
I don't foresee many other issues period, similar with wrangler. Outside of perhaps odd steering shit... which seems to have happened on the

I hate taking my car to a repair shop for anything at all, even if its covered. So I'd personally wait. Reality is none of us would keep a vehicle long enough to even exceed warranty terms except WAP.
