I may be looking at a Colorado next year. I don't think my Silverado is going to be up to the task for towing once I get the trailer (at 230K miles currently and don't expect the 4L60E to last long once I start towing with it).

Quick look on Autotrader. $24k seems to be a good range for a V6 w/ Tow package 2WD

That's a 2WD, a lot more are 4WD and seem to hover around $28k

I'm aiming for low 20's (what you linked is pretty much exactly what I've been looking at). They exist, you just gotta look for em. Also, from what I read, they made about 70% of the diesels in 4wd. I don't need that. As cool as it would be to have, I don't want the lower gas mileage, and maintenance on a whole nother drivetrain. 99.9% of my hauling will be on the road with the occasional pulling on grass. No boat ramps, no BOGGIN DEEP BRUH.Melon wrote: ↑Tue Aug 13, 2019 11:28 amYou mentioned the diesel cuz, fine fine, few clicks of the button and I have the poison you seek.

I've been looking weekly for the past 4 months just to see where they've been sitting price-wise.

Side note:
If anyone was looking to do the TheRetrofitSource Morimoto retrofit projectors let me know, I took mine out before selling the truck to carmax. Will include the non-TRS ballasts/bulbs and D2S adapters. I think the whole shebang goes for like $300+, figure $200 shipped for my set up.
4TL-R Projectors, 5500k bulbs, 35w ballasts.

Start it up since it was getting a little humid and the HVAC turns on, but the display is blank. I click some buttons and everything works, just not being displayed. Turned it fully off and back on and it was fine.

Mine's done that once IIRC. Just like my phone can fuck up sometimes, so does the truck infotainment.Apex wrote: ↑Wed Aug 21, 2019 1:31 pm Was sitting in the this morning with the munchkin waiting on wifey to finish walking a

Sounds like normal computer fuckery that happens on most any product, sometimes things just need a restart.Apex wrote: ↑Wed Aug 21, 2019 1:31 pm Was sitting in the this morning with the munchkin waiting on wifey to finish walking a

Yesterday’s got me looking around trying to see what it would take to get a 275/70 on my Z71. Early research is showing a strut lift and rear blocks, with some minor trimming up front. Waffle panel and possibly pinch weld.
I kinda want to go with a 255/75 but the AT3Ws are not available in that size, but they measure out to 31.9 in 265/70.
I really love my truck, it’s fantastic for me.

Bye Colorado, you were a great truck. Bittersweet, really. I'm a bit sad.

Nothing. Truck hasn't been built yet so the 9/14 ship date appears to be bullshit.
I'm accepting that I'll be lucky to see it before Halloween.
