Have you seen the size of the new moon roofs in the ramz ?
They are better than the “top off” scenario imo.
Also you may not fit in a gladiator, I see some complaints rolling in from taller guys, you’d have to sit back but then you are at the roll bar... which means you have to move forward into the azn female Kamikaze driving position

I've sat in plenty of JL's and JT's and have zero issue with headroom. I don't know what his deal is.

Also, I'm dumb enough to take the doors off often. I love it.

I had same issue but once you move more forward you can avoid it ... but man 1500 ram rebel !!!Detroit wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 10:57 amYour boy Hoovie? I watched that video, and his normal applies.max225 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 10:55 am Have you seen the size of the new moon roofs in the ramz ?

I like to sit "close" to the steering wheel...always have. I guess that's why I don't notice it.
Ram Rebel will off-road just as well as a JT...which is to say "not well". It's something we enjoy doing, so the Wrangler makes the most sense. I also just don't like driving vehicles that big. Not my thing.
I'm still hoping that decides she wants a Ram. She claims to LOVE big trucks...a Rebel lease for her would be fantastic along with a JL for me.

Yea I have no idea why anyone would go rubi with this type of pricing disparity, I get the whole roof off bs but this is a better truck and a far more comfortable vehicle. Also V8!Detroit wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:03 amHoly hell.max225 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:03 am https://www.southcountychryslerdodgejee ... d6ab5f.htm

The option. This thing has all the features I'd want...can't even equip a Sport JL with the same stuff for this price.

That's perfection. Exactly how I'd build one...including White. I should just drive up there and buy this and be done with it all.

Right? I love the quad cab long box, much more trucky. And the back seat still has plenty of space.CaleDeRoo wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:30 amThat's the most perfect Doge truckDetroit wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:20 am https://www.bettenbakercdjr.com/new/Ram ... 27541e.htm

It’s cheaper and better than the gladiator imo. Gladiator is but .... this is a truckDetroit wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:20 am https://www.bettenbakercdjr.com/new/Ram ... 27541e.htm

To get a Gladiator with this equipment...it's pushing $60k. This is a nearly fully loaded Gladiator. And this comes with a V8 and a far more usable bed.max225 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 27, 2019 11:36 amIt’s cheaper and better than the gladiator imo. Yea, the top doesn't come off...but for $30k savings...I could get a street legal side by side aka 2-door Wrangler with no options for that.

The Rebel won't touch those numbers. The EPA ratings don't take different trim levels into consideration so a Rebel is "rated" the same as a normal Ram with the same drivetrain even though it has different :tars: and suspension etc. I'd be kind of surprised if you hit 20mpg hwy in one.
