Anyone go to the Irwindale demolition derby last night? I think skid plate racing looks more fun than actual track days. 24 hours of lemons looks too expensive nowadays. Its much too popular now.

I guess this means I need to start work on my BA. Im only a few years behind my friends who went to college. But luckily student loan debt free. And never needed to sit in a classroom. CLEP and DANTES for two associates so far.

Lemons is the only wheel to wheel racing experience I have, and it's definitely NOT a track day. It's also an endurance race which adds a whole other dimension.

I like colors and they're cheaper to buy in bulk during sales - especially on the rare occasion that you find a style which fits well without the extra cost of tailoring. It's been years since I had to buy a new shirt.Big Brain Bradley wrote:super

I have 4 polos that I wear for work, but I can also get away with casual button ups, so I wear 1 of the 3 flannels I have on Thursday's usually, and Friday is casual so I'm in jeans and a t-shirt. I have some actual dress shirts, but I don't need to wear them for this job, so they just sit for when I have events to go to. Then I have maybe 15 t-shirts that I actually wear in public, and a handful of tanks, stringers, and old t-shirts with the sleeves cut off for the gym.

I have a large collection of short and long sleeve Polo's, short and long sleeve button down shirts, and several drawers full of sweaters plus a bunch of mocks and turtlenecks to wear under the them, and they're all different colors.

Got all of my essentials moved over to the new apartment early in the weekend.
Brought my tools over last night to tacke a few quick projects. So nice to have that little garage space to store them in so they aren't taking up room in the house.
Internet gets ported over on Thursday, so Wednesday I'll bring my TV over and mount it, bring the router, and a few other small things.
Supposed to rain this weekend, so won't be doing any big moving, and the following weekend I'll be out of town, but the third weekend in Feb I'll have a buddy with a truck help me get the spare bed, and the rest of the big furniture over there.
Michelle's mom came down to check it out last night and wound up buying us a rug for the living room

Why not use a Fit or a Civic, or a 10 year old MB C-class?

How do you rip shirts? I have 14. Half long sleeve half short. Ive snagged a sleeve on a bolt walking through a tunnel, but still wearable if i roll up the sleeves Obama style. Also somehow mysteriously acquired a hole in the crotch.
