It's too much money, but I'm probably going to test drive this next week during one of the times I need to be out of the house while it's being shown by realtors.

If you want cheap and fast in this form factor, find a 3.6L Equinox. Those are rockets and should be near worthless.

I just want to drive one and it's at the local
The Rav is quite a bit smaller/lighter/quicker than the 3.6 Equinox/Torrent Sport/GXP if you can even find one that isn't rusted to death by now. A blue GXP with gold could be pretty funny, that was on my list of potential kart towing vehicles in the past.

Interested to hear what you think about it. IMO these do not suck. Ride is a little on the hard side.troyguitar wrote: ↑Tue Jan 22, 2019 10:44 am It's too much money, but I'm probably going to test drive this next week during one of the times I need to be out of the house while it's being shown by realtors.

2010 Lexus 4Runner GX460, V8, 6-speed automatic instead of the poverty 5, full time 4WD with low range, downhill assist control, KDSS suspension with disconnecting sway bar for off road fun, Mark Levinson navi system, butthole roasters AND fans in the memory seats, power steering wheel with memory, maintained by Lexus dealers.
113k on it, under $20 large.

I don't see how a 100k+ miles Lexus has less issues than a 3 year old jeep with 32k miles. That's I have extensively hunted land cruises 4 runners and their lexus counterparts over the last 6 months, there are plenty of issues in those vehicles as well. And it REALLY hard to find one with maintenance histories, and non torn up interiors. We're talking [user not found] spec here...
no vehicle will have that with 100k miles period, especially one with 10 years of real winters + crotchfruit discharges.

You buy that and I'll buy a Rav, then we can compare costs after we each put 100k miles on them.max225 wrote:https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ctd/d/ ... 13627.html
