Awesome, keep at it! My Wifes niece will also be graduation then. Her and her BF plan to live out of a 5th wheel and travel a few years.

That sounds awesome. I can't wait to start travelling again, my dad and I are going to go to Germany and Belgium I think.

I've decided to start volunteering with the Red Cross when I graduate so I can be a part of disaster response in a few years.

Come on man, there is so much to offer.

We have tumbleweeds, deer big enough to wreck a semi, dirt, grass that isnt grass, mexican food everywhere, crappy concrete roads, dirt covered roads.

For good reason. Some say seeing him is like seeing the monster in Birdbox, only instead of killing yourself, you fap.

Hit the gym this am at 6. Went heavy on the elliptical for 30, then spent 30 on weight machines. Feels great, but I was late to work. :aintcare:

:nice: Swap that order, doe. Lift first, you’ll burn whatever stored glycogen you have, then hit your cardio to burn fat after since you’ll have put yourself into a fasted state essentially.

Did 30 minutes of cardio myself then hit the sauna for 15. Wick shower at the gym then walked the dogs for 15 minutes. I normally take them to the park, but it was still raining a bit when I woke up and I didn’t want to get them all muddy.

Thanks for the tip dude! I'll start doing that.

There was no reason to my order. I haven't done much weights, and I finished cardio yesterday and decided to hit up some machines. Then did the same today. 5/7 will change order.
