The B9 A4 is supposed to be pretty good with the sport package

Old Comand interface is pretty horrific but I liked these cars overall. The V6 is big and super smooth. 7 speed is great too.

Yeah they’re MLB which is the A4/A5/Q5 chassis. It gets real AWD.troyguitar wrote: ↑Tue Dec 11, 2018 7:05 pmI thought they're transverse?Johnny_P wrote:

So it's like a jacked up heavier A4 that's more expensive and smaller inside.

Yeah. Double wishbone front suspension not a pos mcstrut. Plus better engines but yeah bad fuel mileage because it’s a crosstrek not a low car.troyguitar wrote: ↑Tue Dec 11, 2018 7:08 pmJohnny_P wrote:

Imagine if it was AIR COOLED?! You'd have to blow your sales hole to get a chance to pay 100% markup over MSRP.troyguitar wrote: ↑Tue Dec 11, 2018 7:08 pmJohnny_P wrote:

my macan owned uncle told me that the awd system is from a q5.
edit: and I was right, a4, a6, q5, macan all are on MLB platform. But not right about quattro as it uses a system that leans more towards the haldex. With the performance pack of Macan S, with sport plus, 80% of the power goes to rear wheels.

Prius, RAV4, and a few Lexus models offer a similar system and it seems generally well received.Big Brain Bradley wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 8:16 am http://www.thedrive.com/news/25422/toyo ... 9hDS-w8y-4

Why get that when the Mazda 6 is way better from a brand that actually cares about driving, unlike this stupid thing.Davestr wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 11:20 am https://jalopnik.com/the-2019-bmw-3-ser ... 1830970018 -- The 2019 BMW 3 Series Is Back to Being a Great Driver's Car Even Without the Manual

I stopped caring when I saw the bmw version released. These fancy high tech POS just don't do it for me nowadays.Detroit wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 11:44 amI'm pretty much at this point.Davestr wrote: ↑Wed Dec 12, 2018 11:19 am SUPRA https://jalopnik.com/heres-the-2020-toy ... 1831038454
