It's a gas station with decent sandwiches and coffee that people from Southeastern PA, MD, and South NJ think is the best thing ever. They have also expanded to Florida in recent years, particularly in old havens like West Palm Beach and Fort Myers.

Well that’s fake euro ratings, have you run it on donkey piss? Aka 95. What would the adac say if you wanted to run it in a turbo beema and not a Trabant

I dont think either one has had anything but fake euro rated premium fuel. Im betting ADAC would put out the general wisdom of less than full performance per the manufacturers.

It’s a convenience store that grew so big now they’re taking over the Delaware valley with gas stations added on.

Their coffee is nectar of the gods. Almost 20 years after my parents went back to the U.K. I still have to send them a few pounds of coffee every few months. Hell, even my sister in Dubai asks me to send some every so often.

Wawa coffee is OK.

:wap:

That place used to be better than it is though. Glorified Subway sandwiches now. They used to cut it when you ordered and all, it was a full on deli with by the pound lunch meat available, etc.

Also their gas, IIRC it only goes to 92 octane not 93 octane.

Wawa is supposed to be adding 93 thoon from what I heard.
They buy it from us. We make 98 and blend it down as needed. Their choice.

That’s a great reason to avoid Wawa then. Depressed roof leaking mold “additives” into the gasleen

Wawa around the corner from work has 93, and two stores down also.

I agree the hoagies have gone downhill a bit now everything is prepped offsite.

I have a Royal Farms going up about 2 minutes away. I’ve been told their fried chicken is

Significant. We get to blend more butane into gasoline in the winter because vapor pressure is lower due to colder air. Butane is a low value item. Trade off is we sell far less gasoline, people aren't taking road trips in the winter time.

Then don't buy any fuel in the northeast. We supply to everyone. Shell, BP, Exxon, Wawa, Bob's Discount Gas, Valero, anyone who wants to pay. Gas is gas.

Oh word? LMK how that is. I love fried chicken. There's a place on Passyunk called Redcrest that makes insane fried chicken. So good. You feel like a lardass after one of those meals but they're worth it.

Right now doe we really aren't making shit on gasoline sales. Likely losing money. Everything is diesel / heating oil / heavier fuels right now. No idea why, the market is strange.

I've got a place around the corner from work that makes some dope ass fried chicken (and epic breakfast sammies). Lucky 7 deli. Total bodega joint but it's amazing.

Lucky7 is a chain, bro. Hate to break it to you. There’s easily 5-6 of them down by me. Bought out a bunch of old Wawa’s after they moved to gas station digs.
