Well Husbrand took a look at the Beemah and said it's nice/like new other than two small door dings. They say the price is non negotiable at $21.2k. Shipping would be about $500, $700ish for tax and reg. so call it $22,500 OTD.
I'm leaning this way right now, only thing is this has some sketchy ass reviews so dropping over $20k and hoping the car shows up is umm... concerning. I might try to see if I can get down to Fort Lauderdale and do the deal in person.

Stop right here. If you DD that C5 you're gonna start hating your commute. You either need to get a cheap commuter and keep the C5 or sell it and get a nicer DD. Dood. You have no garage. Save the 3 cars until you do.
I have plenty of space though... I kinda want to keep the C5 while I can... If crotchfruit and such is an eventual reality, I'm better off already having it and demonstrating that that's just what I'm going to do, no compromisesDesertbreh wrote:Stop right here. Why couldn't you just quote my post instead of saying the same thing.

> BRZ for t he same price though (or probably less) plus seems like a more reliable car. I've always loved the 86 platform cars but they're just hard to get behind when you already own a C5. They're not really THAT much nicer inside, THAT much lighter, more practical and yet they're way slower and don't have the Ellis sound.

Have you considered an ATS ?
They've had epic depreciation and they're legit great cars to drive.

I don't remember the details on the lease. It was a while ago.

No way I even drove it that much.
It was a 3 year lease at 10k miles/year. I had it for just under a year. The residual was mid-$20k IIRC.

Regardless, it's a lot of car for $14k. And 65k miles isn't insane for the age (5 years).

They were discussed like 40 pages ago... Seem like great cars but I don't like the looks.
I may have done a thing
Due to my luck I think I'll keep it to myself until keys are in hand.
