You’re 2 years older than me? Plus, my expense for rent is like double my gti payment brah
Are you referring your only share of rent thats just twice the GTI payment?
And I am in fact actually looking at places quite regularly, and you know I out of Dc, unless I want to be the only person in the building who doesn’t sell rocks for a living
Total rent with utilities is $1800-1900 so yeah my half is close to 2x the gti payment
Dc is even more pricing. Like $2,000 for a studio.

Not to mention, a car payment money for personal parking i’d take arlington/alexandria/clarendon any day of the week. I have found studios that aren’t haven for mahtroys for half the price.

Steering rack is broken and window regulator is falling apart.
I'm blaming the pothole coming off of 76 before you get on 95.
In south philly? Where this is...
Yeah epic potholes on 95 on the raised portion through south philly right meow. It's terribad. And only going to get worse. Should have been repaved this year.

Does DC have any cheaper hoods still accessible by public transit? That's ritzy Philly neighborhood pricing, but there are areas you can get a decent hood and niceish house for like $1500.

That $2k i found in particular is actually recently built and on the semi-hipster districts of U street.
But living in Arlington isn’t bad, its a good blend of DC and suburbia living and cheap uber. And by arlington, its mostly alongside of fairfax dr thats practically next to 66, pretty much where all millenials live.
Nova is still a nice area, but I just don’t like the exact area I currently live in as it is one step away towards bumfuck nowhere.

Nova is 5/7 nicer to live in. I am 20 minutes away from hiking, DC, backroads, and work(without rush hour)

I just don’t like Chantilly/Fairfax (where I live in particular), I mean I live 3 miles away from the fair oaks mall, decent places to eat and that’s about it.

Making this a general northeast backroad run thread. Weather looks like complete garbage from here on out, sadly. Was hoping to make a thing out of GSE's Dubrun event, but the forecast is complete trash for next Sunday.
So... we'll pick this back up in the spring I guess.
I put on my winter wheels, I am down for some off-roading

its directed to plac where he claimed the cx5 is DANGEROUSLY SLOW, I think that happened while we're still at the deadforum. Ask [user not found] for deets.
