I've brought lunch every day to the new job. Haven't calculated it, but I'm guessing it costs me about $3/day.

Train your metabolism.. speed it up.
Meh. That takes time and effort, I'd rather just eat less. Blowing 10+ hours a week on exercise and strict meal planning/prep isn't worth it to me vs doing whatever I want with nearly ZFG. If I'm hungry all day at least 5 days a week, then I know I'm eating about the right amount of food. That's the whole diet plan.

I've got michelle meal prepping a bit, but she insists on salmon and steak instead of chicken. It's still cheaper than eating out though..

Then you did pay for your lunch. :derp:
Well yeah I paid for the stuff but it wasn’t like I paid for it AND eating out.
That's not what you said, doe. English, motherfucker.

He was technically correct.

That's a true statement and unrelated to the fact that he did actually pay for his lunch.

Grab some meal prep recipes from FitMenCook. Tasty stuff, subs healtheir options for some commonly used stuff. Cheapish, and he lists all the macros so you can see what you're getting with what you make and sub other stuff as needed. I usually increase the amount of meat his recipies call for by 1.5-2x.

I had some snow peas sauteed with mushrooms and yellow squash and a slice of beef yesterday. And half an apple with some peanut butter.

I've been trying hard to cut down on caloric intake. Part of that is light and or skipped lunch.

My biggest challenge is not going full :fatty: at dinner time from being too hungry.
This is why skipping meals is such a problem. Figure out what your caloric needs are, and spread it evenly over 3-5 meals for the day, whatever is going to work with your schedule, and keep you feeling satiated so you aren't looking to snack or binge.
Ain't nobody got time for that

Everybody gets 3 cups of rice a day and a rotisserie chicken from costco. Done. Find fruit and veggies growing in the wild.

Can't believe Costco got rid of the brats. Those things were delicious. I'd get one and go over to the onion spinner and load the fuck up.

Ours never had brats.. Beef hotdog or Polish sausage out here were the only options. Both are so good.

Had three more women at work ask me to help them set up workout and meal plans. Childhood friend just hit me up on IG to help him get started too. Pretty cool. I'll need to start charging people for this shit one day. I don't mind doing it for free for now though.
