Long game. I get her the orange ZR2 then when the lease is up on Blurple next year, get her something else and Orange is mine.[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Aug 31, 2018 8:18 pmI thought you wanted an orange one.Detroit wrote:Will likely have an orange ZR2 for the in a couple of months.

Orange is a limited color that goes away in December.

I actually do quite a bit. I drive it as my primary car these days, and it will honesty be tough for me to part with it.troyguitar wrote: ↑Fri Aug 31, 2018 8:40 pmWhat happened to loving the volt?Detroit wrote:Will likely have an orange ZR2 for the in a couple of months.

This is a valid point. Challenge for me is that ZR2 leases for employees are ridiculously cheap these days, making the swap a bit of a no brainer.
I really would like to get a JL doe. I’d just need to keep quiet about it around the office or find a new job. Should take to drive one.

Blurple's payoff is $32k next year with 20k miles. There's a chance I'll run over with all the driving I've been doing, which is another reason why I'd like another one to take instead to keep miles in check.

Buying another vehicle to keep the miles off the other is certainly a thing to do.

Leasing another for wife, not buying. When it’s $250/mo the idea starts to make some sense considering that she wants the damned so bad.
I do agree that buying another car with the sole purpose of keeping miles off the lease is stupid.

Which is why I’m seriously considering it.
