Wait, isn’t it legal in commiefornia now?
Yes, but with Northrop essentially being a .gov contractor they're still able to do mandated testing.. I'm not actually sure how that works.
Company discretion. I’m sure a govt contractor will not appreciate the devils lettuce.

:thankstrump:

My friend when to SF couple months back, he was :mindblown: that even moms smoke in front of kids
It's not that rampant out here, unless you go over to Ocean Beach.. it's kind of our hippie community area. I've probably smelt weed being smoked in public in my neighborhood less than 10 times, and I live in a slummy hipster area too where lots of people smoke.

Even if it is legalized by a state, it is still very illegal according to the federal government. Therefore, if your job has any ounce of relation to federal government (contractor, etc.) you will be held to federal government statutes per the contract.

Most YUGE gov contractors like NG will rather play it safe than sorry. I am sure their policy is that if any of their contracts holds drug testing standards, then it’s streamlined across the entire company so they can ensure qualified contractors for any and every scenario

I used a coffee scrub in the shower earlier. The heat and water quality are destroying my skin. I’m attempting to fix it. So I smell a bit like coffee. It’s great.

And I’m also trying to get rid of my stretch marks from being too fat. So I smell like cocoa butter.

At the moment I smell like coffee and cookies. My fatass is hungry.

You're young enough that they should fade a bit naturally.. the cocoa butter should help some though. I've got some going on in my armpits, where my front delt connects to my chest, and on my thighs near my groin.

Yeah the sides faded and shrunk a bit as my waist got tighter. My pits were fading. But once I started lifting again theyvsoread even more. My groin I’m not too worried about. But tonight was the first time I put cocoa butter down there.

I figure anything to help at this point. It won’t hurt and it’s pretty cheap.

Yeah cocoa butter is cheap, and worst case scenario even if it doesn't get rid of the them, you'll prevent more and just have softer/healthier skin. I love a good skin care routine.

Talked salary with the recruiter doing my phone screen.. entry salary for this position is about 20% more than I make now.. so even if I start at the bottom of their scale, it's a huge increase for me. Plus better benefits, 9/80 work schedule, paid OT, ability to work from home, and a really nice newly built gym on site that I could hit on my lunch break to save some time every day. Fuck I want this to work out.

Yeah thats what happens when you use an illegal substance. At any point an employer can make things more strict. Shit think about dress codes or the fact you cannot show up to work drunk.

Not saying you dont understand my last statement. But I will never see how a person cannot understand the rules they have accepted once taking a job. Its pretty simple shit. If you want a paycheck. Follow the fucking rules.

I like country, the current stuff is just pop rock equity lyrics about love, dirt roads, :truk: , beer. :notbad:

It's the only current popular music featuring instruments really.
