Sup fellas,
Been a while since my last visit. Lots has changed in momporsche-land. A few months ago I was made an offer I could not refuse on an Iroz Motorsport built A3, so I parted out my S3 and sold it. The new A3 is still not in my possession yet (it's down in Las Vegas at the shop for a few more upgrades) but here is the scoop:
Xona Rotor 71-64 (IMS710 kit)
United Motorports ECU and TCU tuning with full flex fuel capability (self adjusting)
Iro Motorsport built motor
Iroz brushless LPFP with controller
Race Developments Ported Head
Quartermaster Clutchpacks
Widened fenders (rears pulled ~1/2", fronts rolled ~1/8" -- required repaint on all fenders)
TSW Bathurst 18x9.5 ET39 with RE71r 255/35/18, zero camber
Forge 356mm 6 piston BBK, upsized rears to S3 brakes, stop tech pads on all 4
Bilstein B14 coilovers
034 Motorsports Dog bone insert, rear subframe inserts, rear sway bar, rear endings, front endlinks, engine/trans mount, pendulum mount
Integrated Engineering intercooler and 4" open intake
Leyo catch can
WMI utilizing factory washer fluid reservoir for cooling only
Full 3.5" exhaust made by Iroz Motorsport
Braille lightweight battery
These are all the modz it had when I purchased back in January. I have my own to-do list that is getting knocked out currently...
-paint roof gloss black
-facelift LED taillights
-carbon mirror caps and rear spoiler
-Haldex disable switch
-Meth sprayer switch
-retune (probably low 600's at the wheels on e85...currently capped at ~500wtq on stock DQ250 transmission...soon to be upgraded)
-Full custom interior featuring Tillett B5 front seats, rear seat delete, brown interior delete
Here's some pictures of said car:
Here's some progress pictures of the interior that will be done hopefully this week....
Embroidery for headrests
Custom cushions for the tillett seats
Oh and my girlfriend got a new car also...2018 Audi TT S-line Competition pack. So far we have done window tint, intake, lowering springs, spacers. I have catless downpipe in the garage waiting to install, and UM is whipping up some software for me as well.

So the S3 got parted out to fund the A3 purchase? Did you get that custom Cali tune? How did it perform? How was it for DD tasks? Winter weather?
The new car looks very nice! Lots of goodies, what are your impressions of the seats?

The seats are very comfortable even without cushions. And my fat ass fits in them (6’1” 240lbs) I was pleasantly surprised...and they only weigh 9lbs each lol.

Car turned out fast AF, drove really well, if you weren’t in boost it felt OEM smoothness for DD duties. Top notch sheeeit. When are you gonna do some TD1 stuff to the GoRf?

I don't want to end up owning a crangshaft so no t00n for me. Plus I have a 6yr 200k km bumper to bumper warranty that I need to keep.

Yes, what is so hard to understand? A3/S3 are basically ~same except for a couple items that end up getting changed in any real build. Plus A3 is cheaper to insure LOLBig Brain Bradley wrote:so you sold an s3 to get a modded to the tits a3
