I once had a 3/4 full paint can fall off a shelf and land right next to a car. Amazingly the lid stayed on the can :alpo:

:yikes: :(

Give it another year, RFs will fall just the same.

Also, seller lives in Manhattan but his car has NJ plates and lives in a suburban neighborhood? :dafuq:
It's Miata :crang: and the car is stored and registered at his mom's house.

I mean, I like the car. But is it really the best car for that purpose at that price? I honestly don't know. From the love it gets here I would guess it is.

It is the only sub-2500 lb sports car sold in this country at any price AFAIK, not counting something like an Ariel Atom. There is no competition.

Because everything you read on here is :wrong:

And I’m a year away from buying. I suspect the power bummed rumored for MY2019 will help to further drive down prices.

I was referring to the RX8 as a miata with a roof+power. Especially for $10k it's incredible.

Just curious. It has faults. It's slow. But it's a great slow car to drive fast.

This.

Makes great noises, speaks through the controls, and doesn’t ever exceed 40 MPH but makes you feel like you’re doing 100.
Feedback = fun regardless of speed.

It was really just me being ignorant and wanting to spur a conversation. I'm not nearly the car aficionado you guys are and basically wanted a explanation on why the Miata is so desired. Before I bought my GTI, Miatas to me were slow girls cars.

I've never driven a Miata.

They still are, but it doesn’t stop me from wanting one

Anyone know a way to buff out windshield scratches? I have a small scratched up spot from where I tried to remove bird shit.
