Rip off the legs and the wings, cut the breasts off. Profit.
Legs and wings were the first to go since it was something familiar. After that it was just handfuls of

Had some broccoli with it. Really been making sure I eat more veggies. Last week was kinda weak, just did a 1.5lb bag of kale, spinach, and chard. I grabbed another one of those for this week plus a 3lb bag of broccoli. I'll try to keep it around 5lbs a week.

I showered after the gym, but I was sweating cooking and then ran around the dog park. I'll probably shower again after I pull my sheets out of the dryer. Clean skin and clean sheets. Gonna feel good.

Definitely one of my favorite veggies. Made sure to grow extra in my casserole, and I'll chop some up and grow it in with that salad mix to eat with my lunches too.

I hate broccoli and cauliflower.
I've never eaten cauliflower. I don't like the name or that it looks like dead broccoli.
