Dude Home depot parking lot dwellers make $30 an hour now, and they won't even look at you if you don't offer that.
That's basically 100k a year pre tax.

Every one and their mom is buying sheds for 7 figures and because they are in such SHIT shape starts remodeling, I bet our area is spending more on rebuilding than the entire south that got flooded this year.

Contractors won't touch anything that is smaller than 100k.

It is both good and bad. This area is improving tremendously every year, and literally all the SHIT is getting priced out. So things are getting safer and nicer.

I used to hate SF, because it was a dingy dirty shithole, where bums and druggies to get high and engage in orgies, however now things are just It has turned into the Mecca of the West Coast with no equals.
