Now that the lesbaru has sold, the journey to find a new car begins!
All this empty space in the garage… needs filling!
The shift sale was pretty easy, 5/7 would recommend.
I’m looking for some sort of fun wagon or sporty SUV. Audi allroad, Q5, 3 series wagon are the top of my list. I love the Macan S but I think it would be too expensive.
Any other suggestions??
Haley got a wagon!!!
I am going to try to test drive these this week

They're both on the MLB evo platform (just like in the Macan), should be no surprise if they drive quite similarly. I may be leaning towards the wagon as my vote, but that green on the q5 is

Some GSW DSGay's also come with 4motion as well. One of my dub buddies used to have the 1.8t GSW DSGay with 4motion, did is20 swap, englishtowns, golf r bumper, interior, almost identical as the legit golf R wagon. It was super clean!

You can rarely have it all with a used car. Condition, mileage, and take precedence over color as long as the color is in the acceptable palette.

Nice! Did they deduct anything from their original offer?haleyann wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 2:56 am Now that the lesbaru has sold, the journey to find a new car begins!

Are you looking at the SQ5 in addition to the Q5? Don't know what prices look on them these days but pre-covid used car shortage they depreciated quite a bit making used ones look attractive.

Disregard my first question. Just saw they gave you their full estimate.
They didn't! He said he didn't find a single dent or scratch on the car (though there is definitely 1 big scratch and 2 dents that are obvious to me), so I got the full estimate plus $200 for selling on the spot.HerrBerlin wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 6:08 pmNice! I have been looking at the SQ5, thought it seems all the inexpensive used ones have disappeared, and I've seen quite a few of them get price increases in the last couple weeks. They really aren't much more than the Q5, however the ones in my price range are the 2017s, which apparently in that generation Audi was entirely behind the times with their technology and the car doesn't have a damn USB port. Which I'm sure I can work around, but it's annoying that it's not stock. And I really like the virtual cockpits in the 2018+ models.
I really don't like the light beige interior, it would have to be the dark brown. Which makes it even harder to find.
A BMW option… M sport package, 27k miles, looks to be in decent condition

I like this a lot more than the Allroad, personally the plastic cladding is to me. Both are nice though, just really comes down to personal preference.haleyann wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 1:55 am A BMW option… M sport package, 27k miles, looks to be in decent condition

I’m disagreeing with some and saying the color you want is worth waiting/traveling for. I still regret AARPurple and always regretted Candy white on my

Determine which colors are acceptable and which ones aren't. Shop from there.

The Regal TourX is nice.
Yeah, these look pretty cool, there is a red one in my neighborhood that always catches my eye.

There’s a few allroads out there that are all paint instead of plastic. I don’t mind it though.D Griff wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 8:31 amI like this a lot more than the Allroad, personally the plastic cladding is to me. It's funny, I don't mind it on the GM wagon above... I think maybe on the green AllRoad it would be as well, I just didn't care for it much on the blue one linked earlier.haleyann wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 12:39 pmThere’s a few allroads out there that are all paint instead of plastic.
