No Jeep pretty annoyed. It was supposed to be ready by 4, and they were supposed to call if anything came up. 4:00 came and went, at 5:00 I called them and left a voicemail since the recording stated they were open until 5:30. Never got a call back.

Well nothing and nobody ever notified me that it was complete and the online system still just says “repair status: started”. I didn’t want to waste my time driving over and filling up the rental to return, just to be told that it isn’t ready. Although at least that way I would have had the satisfaction of bitching them out. But I’ll still get to do that whenever I do pick it up.

I’ll definitely he checking the quality of their work like you mentioned after this piss poor customer service experience. Will be interesting to see if they offer any sort of apology for the lack of communication last week when I go in.

I would be shocked if it drives straight... just don’t rush out of the place and take your time on everything. who is doing the alignment?

I don’t know if they do the alignment themselves or if they take it somewhere else. I’ll ask for the spec sheet from the alignment job.

Yea some shops do that in house while others “take it to the dealer” as they are not specialized for it. I have never gotten a spec sheet btw. Just drive it before you return the rental so you don’t have to be carless when/if they fuck up

Repptar and a couple others saw some placsploitation from Saturday...
Colorado left the stable with a bit over 41k on the clock. I never really had any issues with that truck and quite liked it for what it was.
But I’m a moron and do dumb shit.
Player 2 enters the game.
Went to check out a JT for since Chevy wanted to bend me over for a ZR2. We go down to my buddys diller as it was super easy to with him on the JL.
So after much discussions with Dplac and wifey we wanted to see if a JT would fit our needs. Ideally I was going to drive whatever they had on the lot and then order a Hydro Blue Sport S Max Tow.
Life has a funny way of doing it’s own thing.
The sales monkey goes out to pull a sport s around for us to drive, check out car seat figment, etc. and ends up pulling this white Willys up.
I said damn, that’s a fine looking truck. The black accents and wheels from the Willys package really go well with the white.
We ended up making a on the spot for the Willys! It’s long, but drives nicely.
White Willys JT
Tow, cold weather, auxiliary switch packages
Hard Top
Selec-Trac
Spray-in bedliner
Looks pretty good next to the Bikini JLU.
We’re like the poor version of Dplac’s stable.
