DFD. The forum where everybody makes the same choices and then tells anybody trying to join the club that they are the stupidest motherfucker to ever walk the earth.

Yea I’m sorta by this thread now. I thought it was cars you’d actually buy vs aspirational vehicles
I like cars you'd actually buy more, myself.
Jimny is my number one choice as well because I want a but am too It is a fun little thing. We were supposed to be renting one on our Iceland trip back at the end of March

GR Toyota is coming here... BTW Let's see who will actually buy it. 267hp 3 cylinder... AWD... probably 30-35k if I had to guess
At those stats it's pretty darn compelling
I find the utes are personally, but different strokes and all that. Also, everyone here is really going on the roots wanting elongated versions of cars we've all already owned. I would rather have a regular GTI than a diesel or wagon version

I don't really see the point of a R wagon, but I get it. My mini for example domes in a 4 door version that has AWD, but it adds 700lbs.
I don't want the extra weight and just don't haul the illusive "things" that most here seem to. I don't recall ever really needing more space than my Corvette has in the four+ years that it was my only vehicle.

As a kid growing up in Turkey, I had some fond memories growing up in wagons. My grandpa had a fiat wagon that's RWD, loved riding in the cargo area. One of my dads friend had another Fiat wagon but it's fwd, took a road trip to Greece one time with an assload of luggage. In preschool, we were all transported by the same fiat wagon my grandpa drove along with probably 7-8 of us in the trunk area, and in elementary school each kid that rides in the same "bus" well 6 row passenger vans, have turns riding a Peugeot station wagon for 2 weeks? that was owned by one of our gym teachers.
like this
But to be honest, I never really had any reasons to own a wagon on a regular basis, with the exception for an alternative to an SUV that can carry lot of luggages/cargo and stuff with the compromise of still having a fun car all in one package.

Having lived here just over a year now, I’ve realized I don’t want a Canaro SS and actually wish I could buy a cheap hot hatch like a new Fiesta ST or Clio RS.
