Throw a 6x2 on the ground with some plastic over it, and dump the quikcrete on top. Boom concrete driveway ramp with room for water to flow so no floodage into the yard.

That was my thought too... I’m sure it’d go unnoticed
by the city for years.

Well it's kind of a road accessory. I'd put it in the same category as traffic cones and road signs. So it's most at risk of getting ganked by drunk white college students.

My dad used to have checkered steel plates at the curb.
Just like these.

Because of how my old man was, I'm sure they were stolen.

It's possible, but as :mahtroy: mentioned.. 150 pounds, plus dead end street in a neighborhood of :wap: who have been there since the 1970s and :millennial: :waxer: whites willing to pay $300-400k for a tiny house to be in a "cool area". I think the risk is pretty damn low.

2X4s could work, sure, but eye sore+ they would constantly shuffle around, crack, etc.

At this point I've already :wasteful: , so I'll report back on how it is.

I'll be honest. Really disappointed you moved into a new house and bad approach angles wasn't a deal breaker. What kind of car guy are you anyways?

About the “theft” risk. Who the fk is going to do that and why ? Not like a bum has a use for a pavement leveling kit

Next house is a minimum of a 3 car garage. This tiny two car + parking pad is not enough. Ideally an oversized 4 car garage would be perfect. Or an attached 2 car and a detached 2-3 car.

I said that 5 years ago. Bought another tiny 2 car place that didn't even have the parking pad, then moved to an apartment with no garage and only 2 tandem parking spots in fucking Сибирь. :fullretard: shit happens

I am constantly amazed at the shit people are willing to steal if it is not welded in place. People suck Max.

999/1000 people don't even know what that curb thing is ... I would not equate it to copper pipe and an amazon package on the porch.

:dat: Also despite $399 being :fullretard: for this thing it is still quite NBD in the scheme of a house purchase.

Well...

If someone steals it that will suck, but on a dead end street, potential is very low. So far it seems to be a really quiet neighborhood with numero uno perpetrator being me cranking the loud :poorvette: at 6:30 AM.
