Shift in priorities. I don’t think you’ll miss the that much once you sell it.[user not found] wrote: ↑Tue Nov 05, 2019 8:54 pmI think I drove it to work once since Tennessee.
Hasn't moved otherwise. Parking situation at work is street parking, so that's a hard no. And I did a lot of pedaling this year. 3200 miles worth.
...I drove the 2300 miles in the last year.
Also, pedaling mileage.

Nah, is one thing I feel he’ll never
My prediction is still missing fun car + truck/trailer is too much... downsize to one thing to rule them all. I see him as a man for that car as I don’t picture [user not found] in a Hype R or used FoRS. Maybe an STI?

I thought once you go 2 car lyfe you never go back? The glamper + will stick around a bit. Longer than the usual cycle but not by much.

Nah, the cycle is "one car to do it all is so great and convenient, I can have fun daily" to "my one car to do it all isn't fun enough and I need because reasons" to "maintaining and fun car is too much, I'm selling fun thing" to " as daily with nothing else is , I must for " ... repeat.Gberg2119 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 11:26 amD Griff wrote:

The only thing that breaks the cycle is a shift in priorities. Zil's been claiming that...I've recently experienced it but only time will tell.

You are just in this part of the cycle: "maintaining and fun car is too much, I'm selling fun thing"Detroit wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 12:09 pmD Griff wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 11:45 am

I see you talking 996 regularly.
If it weren't for the glampers I could see them going back to a fun daily.D Griff wrote:You are just in this part of the cycle: "maintaining and fun car is too much, I'm selling fun thing"

The thing that me is the claim that you can't have a fun car on the TERRIBLE US STREETS. That's just BS. People have epic cars in epic shit countries. They can handle it... There is no need for aD Griff wrote: ↑Wed Nov 06, 2019 11:45 amNah, the cycle is "one car to do it all is so great and convenient, I can have fun daily" to "my one car to do it all isn't fun enough and I need because reasons" to "maintaining and fun car is too much, I'm selling fun thing" to " as daily with nothing else is , I must for " ... repeat.
lazy shit about not being inconvenienced to scan the road ahead etc. Also the claim that they are "fun" to DD is just plain come at me.
They are the WORST DRIVING vehicles. Period, sure they can be quiet, and you can run over a leper, but . So if you plan on just ing your way through life sure... but arguably
Acceleration
Steering feel/response
Brake feel/distance
G forces in corners
Sound
Looks
Are all key attributes to make a great "fun" car, none of which are accomplished on a not a single one, with the exception of perhaps a V8 powered behemoth with an aftermarket exhaust.
