A little ice on a window and the guide would snap and drop the glass onto the door. A/C went too... but who needs it when your window is wide open. Amirite?

Old shit ain't for me, can't deal with that life anymore.
No snow in Sactown brah.
Yeah but some of us Northerners might be dreaming about that old :doge: lyfe, and I figure that a sobering reminder of what to expect might be in order here.

I will say their looks have stood the test of time better than the full sizers of that era.

The real issue is dropping a valve apparently. Something about the valve seats is not ok on every FCA product from Derpkota to Viper. I learned about this only recently...

The 4.7 is actually a very reliable engine up until it drops a valve... It doesn't have a lot of power .. 235 hp or so, so it isn't exactly stressed by the displacement of 4.7L.
Parts are cheapish, and other than doing the plugs every 30k miles as they are COPPER, it will run to 250-300k without major issue... (other than the dropped valve).

Yea, these are my concerns indeed. One winter and all the brittle west coast sun baked plastics will be shattered.

5k :notbad: and yea, super clean. I just worry about maintenance and title condition for this price at a buy here pay here lot. They rarely have good quality cars at reasonable prices.

Datsun is like a 3rd tier Japanese brand ... They tend to go directly to those lots now... once you add a fairly "unpopular" suv ... and a :unicorn: :manuel: that's pretty much the only place I'd expect to find one... The shocking part is how CLEAN it looks still... Usually there are missing bodypanels/jizzed up seats with stained af carpers and cloudy lights...

NOTHING on this one... Unfortunately the :dillerman: didn't post a Carfax... so any maintenance history is TBD

It's nice, but it doesn't come with a heated steering wheel and is probably terrible on gas.
