IIRC [user not found] was getting the equivalent of like $60-something grand on TrumpBux?

The $600/week is in addition to regular benefits, not the total.
Fuck that extra $600 a week, that’s just sloppy accounting that isn’t really representative of what I was saying. I was simply pointing out a minimum “decent life” amount.

Someone get by on 20k a year ... but certainly not in NY or SF unless you bundle that with subsidized living arrangements and food subsidies etc

Well, if it was paid out over a full year...

$600 Covid bonus + $713 regular unemployment per week since March.

I get my last $600 payment in my account next Monday.

I haven’t been depositing the cash from landscaping, been hoarding it for the most part.

Anyways, I don’t want to return to work simply because I don’t want to deal with stupid people during this. Landscaping keeps me fairly isolated - it’s just the two of us in the truck.

Also, fuck car biz hours.

Yea, I wouldn't worry a ton about the miles, but the miles do make the price seem rather high...

:iono: :truk: are expensive. I bet there's someone willing to pay that for it somewhere. Not really much of an opportunity to own a manual 4X4 four door pickup.

Dakotas aren't worth a ton. People don't know much about them...or even know they exist, so I don't think they're easy to sell. Not long ago, I found a similar truck V8 4x4 :manuel: 4-door an hour from me from the original owner with 120k miles on it for $3k :melon: dropped some knowledge that they're really better sounding in theory than in practice.

Yeah, we spoke quite a bit about his when he was here a few weeks ago to get the BMW. I drove his original single cab six cylinder Dakota and thought it was a lot better than a Ranger or S10, but that's really my only comparison basis.

I mean, I'm sure it's still slow but at least it would sound good and be able to tow decently.

I have a weirdly strong want for the one in Raleigh but we already have a :truk: vehicle, two isn't really my thing, I just want a hatchback if I added something else.

Also, I haven't driven my car in over a week. Having two cars for just me is dumb.

I hope one of you does buy it. I love that truck. It would likely feel much faster than it is with 300lbft and no torque converter to wait on. Too bad the 4.7 HO was keep only for that year.

He had both, I drove his V6 example and thought the powah was adequate, far better than S10s and Rangers with four cylinders. That was a SCSB though, this hauss (sp?) is certainly a lot more :truk: to tote around.

My dad used to own a 3.0L V6 :manuel: Mazda B3000 which I assume has the same powertrain as the Ferd, but it was terribly slow. I never want to accelerate that slowly again :disgust:

It did a good job of hauling things and was fun on sandy beaches :doe: . We build a house carrying way more then it's load capacity countless times.

The 4.0 manual was a fun truck. I used to drift my friends around any time it was damp. It did it so easily as would this Dabrota
