Apparently there is some sort of oil issue on these where the catch cans are even made by ford itself.
I don't care for the lowering :doe: I'll give you that.
If oiling was such an issue, Ford would make catch cans standard from the factory. Ford sells them because people buy them. Simple as that.
They didn't make good head gaskets standard on the Fuckus RS.

Is that a green interior too? I like it...
I would rock that thing.

Right now I really have the wants for a small fun roadster... but I think once I have the C5 finished and on the road, that will go away for a while.

Looks like the project will get delayed due to full lock down. Yet another car incomplete due to Bilsteins not existing. Maybe I should cancel the order and get something else.

The Fox Ridetech shocks :mahtroy: bought would be the route I'd go. Too bad they're a bit on the :waxer: side IIRC

It averages 25.7mpg on the highway and 23.8mpg during city-style driving.

The SAABaru actually had some upgrades over the WRX that I can't remember right now but they were :notbad:

They had an STI steering rack (quicker) and I believe a few other things...

They were super cool. Always wanted one.

They are great car from day 0 to year 6-7 and from
0-100k miles. Likely 0 issues, but after that they turn into absolute piles. I see no draw in particular at a 5 figure price point

No way. He knows what he has.. Just look at that state of the art radio stack in super luxuriously thin silver painted plastic. That stuff didn't come out mainstream until the 2009 Focus.

I bet you could find someone desperate in a month or two and get a 987.1 S for like... $14K. That one is low miles and a dope color, so I'm going to say $10K premium at $24K is reasonable.

I've been watching vehicle listings and haven't noticed any real drop in asking prices.

Desperation apparently hasn't set in yet.

Maybe a silver Boxster with a slushbox for $14k... Not a :manuel: Cayman in a real color.
