Roughly in the neighborhood of 200 miles I believe. I told rudy about dat and dat via text, so I'll scroll up and see that I can give a more accurate answer to that.

Lol pretty much. But opted for it. We discussed about how long I plan on keeping the car, and how much I drive per year, so at the time, I responded 15k (i usually average 17-18k a year). They decided to warranty me till then. So yeah, that was pure luck
Also I don’t go to that diller anymore, caused they quoted me twice as much as my current go to diller for my dsg service.

FWIW I asked the SA what happened when i picked up my GTI from oil change. He said “too long of an interval between oil change.”

I’m also aware as far as say if it hadn’t been reached 10k in a year, it should be changed. But that may have to do with rapid temp changes throughout my last interval, and the car sat for over a month.
And i still have my invoice for last interval.

Unless you have a terrible leak having it stand around doesn’t do muchMexicanYarisTK wrote: ↑Fri Nov 16, 2018 8:20 pmI’m also aware as far as say if it hadn’t been reached 10k in a year, it should be changed. Since we're talking about recent service appointments, I realize I never updated about mine a few weeks ago. Got my 60k done at 63k. Also had a small sunroof issue fixed and the probable carbon treatment. I know I'm probably but my butt dyno says the car runs somewhat smoother and is definitely smoother upon takeoff with my slight hesitation issue about 80-90% eliminated. Butt dyno also says it pulls stronger above 4k rpms. Then again, I got new plugs so maybe that's the reason?
Also, got a loaner Passat with no hassle.

It was $650
It's 8 years old next month and I plan on keeping it for a few more years. It's been damn good to me overall and this was not an excessive amount to pay, imo.
BTW, I also had them check my water pump and it passed a pressure test.
